Docs Update: May 23rd Meeting

Hi Team,

We had a meeting on Saturday where Sean and I attended, and we discussed
and finalized edits and ideas for the 'What is Xubuntu?' page in its google
doc[1]. All are welcome to suggest additional changes for future
consideration.

This week the docs team will be working on the 'Chapter 2. Migrating and
Upgrading' page[2] in this google doc[3], which we hope to meet next
Saturday, May 30rd, at 3pm UTC to finalize. All are welcome to give
comments and edits in the document, as well as join the docs telegram
group[4].

In addition to the editing work, we also have a new documentation team
member who has begun contributing over the last week named Le Pa.
