Xubuntu Testing week or weekend

Hi Team,

Just wanted to keep you updated with my efforts regarding the testing
session. Unfortunately I didn't get input from the team regarding how
previous sessions happened, so I'm trying to coordinate with all the
flavours to jointly promote the session and have put my thoughts together
in the google doc below, for all to comment and contribute to.
