Revising the list of defaults apps

Hi Team,

During this cycle, we will be reviewing the list of default apps shipped
with Xubuntu. Feedback can be given in the github issue[1] and I'm
analyzing various distros to see what apps we are lacking and the results
can be found in this spreadsheet[2].
