Just a forgotten update to some alt text on https://xubuntu.org/download

<p>The 19.04 release, codenamed Disco Dingo, is a regular stable
release and has support for 9 months, until January 2020. To learn

announcement</a>, which has links to complete release notes as well as
highlights of the improvements in the release.</p>
