Xubuntu brand assets updated

Hello,

for information to those who are interested and/or affected, I've 
updated the Xubuntu brand assets packages [1] [2] which are also 
browsable online [3].

With this change, I've dropped the old microbadges that used the old 
logo (and which I didn't see used much) and updated the slides template.
