Thunar Patch Testing

OK, I've found this strange behaviour: the new Thunar from Git doesn't
mount my USB memory stick properly. Namely as read-only, so I can't copy
files to it.

Also, it doesn't show as mounted on the desktop. Neither on a USB 3.0 port
nor on a USB2.0 port. But is is mounted: in the side panel of Thunar I can
click on the little arrow to unmount it.

When I use the same USB memory stick on my desktop, which has exactly the
same operating system (Linux Mint 18.1 Xfce), but with the unchanged
default Thunar, then there's no problem.
