Here's what I found under "America":

Canada/University of Waterloo Computer Science Club => OK but slow
United States/LeaseWeb USA => OK but slow
United States/Pair Networks => 404 not found
United States/TDS Internet Services => 404 not found
United States/Carnegie Mellon Computer Club => no releases since 2012
United States/The University of Texas at Austin => 404 not found
United States/Indiana University => OK but slow
