Mirrors that are listed on official websites should go through the 
process to become official mirrors (see [1]). Please take a moment to 
check out the requirements there to see if you can meet them. If you are 
convinced you can do that and are willing to proceed, simply start the 
process. If you need help with that, we will happily assist.

Should you decide to proceed with the process, once you get the official 
status for your mirror, be in touch with us and we'll happily add you to 
the list of Xubuntu mirrors on our website.
