For the website team - Error on the website

In the system requirements site i noticed that the type of memory of the 
computer is not specified it just says memory but what kind? ram? Hard 
Disc Drive(HDD)? Processor? what number belongs to each type?

on a side note i have encountered a persistent bug i would like to 
report but i do not see the forum area for the Xubuntu platform if you 
could sen a link to me i appreciate it
