Thanks for sharing! Perhaps helpfully, I participated in that
OpenStack Summit this past week and have been working on OpenStack
since early 2013. I'm very familiar with the culture, goals and
structure of the project and how it has succeeded, and I absolutely
bring what I've learned there to the Xubuntu team :)
