[TEAM] Drop Gimp for 15.10

Hello all,
I realize I'm a bit late to the discussion, and at any rate am just a user
without any voting rights. However, may I suggest you consider mtPaint as a
replacement for GIMP? It is much simpler, of course, though it's still a
notch or two above MS Paint, at least the versions of it I'm familiar with.
It's also very light-weight dependency wise.
