Community Council Catchup with Xubuntu

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the late reminder, but this is coming up in 16 hours.

Unfortunately the original announcement said the 18th and we didn't
catch the mistake, it's actually the 16th. Community Council meetings
always take place on Thursdays :)
