ICS File for Community Meetings and other

[Ince, Wilbur]

If you follow the link to the meeting time notice, there is a link on that
page to download the event file.  That's what I did, and it imported into
my calendar just fine.  I appreciate that the meeting time notice does the
time zone conversion automatically.
