Mirror sites of Xubuntu in Japan

Thank you for taking time for this. I hope mirrors will be up-to-date.

By the way, I myself have an extra server space which I can provide as a mirror.
I'm already runnning a mirror for a Debian/Ubuntu repository for
neuroscience, Neurodebian [1].
Can individual like me provide a mirror server for xubuntu?
