Xubuntu Trusty beta 2: several localization issues

Hello,

I've encountered several localization issues (missing translation, although
the Dutch translation is at 100 % on Launchpad or elsewhere) in Xubuntu
Trusty beta 2:

- Mousepad still is 100 % English;
- Installing LibreOffice doesn't pull the translation automatically; you
have to run Language Support from the Settings Manager for that;
- gtk-theme-config still is 100 % English;
- im-config is 80 % English.
