gtk-theme-config not translatable?

I've filed a new bug report for this, on Launchpad:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk-theme-config/+bug/1288267

Please confirm it by clicking "This affects me (etc)" on Launchpad, if it,
well, affects you too. :-)
The more confirmations, the greater the chance that it'll be fixed soon.
