light-locker-settings needs translations!

Hi Pjotr,

We will do a final pull of translations a few days before the RC images 
or trusty are generated.

For everyone else, if you cannot find your translation template, use the 
following:

https://translations.launchpad.net/light-locker-settings/trunk/+pots/light-locker-settings/pt_PT/+translate

Replace "pt_PT" with your language code.
