I am generally going to be easily swayed by whatever the rest of the 
team decides here.

Personally I use hexchat over xchat simply because it's not moribund. 
I'd do that regardless of what we seed.

Pidgin - I only use IRC so have no reason to use pidgin, the only time I 
do touch it is when checking testcases once a cycle. Again I have no 
preference as to whether we seed it or not.

I will say that I can see the logic in ONLY seeding pidgin as it does at 
least cover all the bases for someone needing IRC now and again.
