For the website team - Documentation Site

Hello XUbuntu website team,

I'm a member of the Ubuntu GNOME documentation team, and we're looking to
create a dedicated documentation site similar to yours at
http://docs.xubuntu.org/  I was wondering if you could share some
information about how you built this and maintain it.  Namely, what CMS or
platform did you use for its creation?
