Unit193 added to the Xubuntu Developers team

Hey everyone!

Please welcome Unit193 to ~xubuntu-dev!  He's been a great help recently
(and even well before my time with the Xubuntu team) with packaging, bug
fixing, and various other development-related tasks.  After discussing with
Simon, and confirming with Unit193, we added him to the team.
