Setting up a xubuntu-team mailing list

Also would be in favour of a sperate mailing list. Though if it was just a tag I could filter it would help a fair bit.

In my opinion, one of the greatest arguments that just by itself not only
justify the creation of this mailing list but also would reveal itself as a
very good asset to the team workflow, is the fact that by moving to this
ML project-related discussions will certainly circumvent something that
recurrently happen during last cycle, which was the impossibility, for one
reason or another, of having the entire team present at the meetings to
decide/vote on key aspects related to the team strategy and thus increasing
the response rate and help ensure decisions are
agreed upon by a better portion of the team, as Sean already pointed.
