Icon changes for 14.04?

I totally agree, there is no functional difference between a seemingly maximized window and a maximized one.

Anyway, I don't think there's harm in indicating a window is maxmized. Just won't (and can't) promise that I'll be able to take care of this for 14.04, but I'll put it on my list of things to think about though.
