New proposed Strategy Document

Hey,

I use Notepad++ on Windows for simple programming etc. but the text editor
I use in Xubuntu is gedit.
I just thought I'd throw in my opinion as someone who need's these things.
Now to think of it, gedit was the first thing I installed after installing
Xubuntu...
