x.org isn't going away so xubuntu can trigger that to be installed and
keep working as normal.
There is no reason why XFCE shouldn't run on mir anyway. Plus it looks
like the xserver stack will be changing one way or another any time
soon anyway, as gnome and kde both work on support for wayland.
