Artwork changes/uploads for Saucy

Hey everyone,

I have a few changes that I hope we can get into Saucy ASAP (here's looking at you, packagers!).
Here's a shortlist:

* Drop Blackbird theme
* Include Orion theme
* Include Numix theme
* Update Greybird theme
* Update Bluebird theme
* Update elementary-xfce icons
* Set elementary-xfce-darker as default
* Update plymouth script

Of course everyone is free to test, Liviu is currently working on getting a daily-PPA up and running of the icons so that'll get easier to test/use too.
