Proposal: "Desktop of the Week" Gallery

I like this idea aswel, I proposed something similar before, and went as
far as to create a deviantART account for it. I'm up to manage and review
submissions there too.

I don't know about other sites, like flirck or reddit, but I can manage the
deviantART one :)
