No idea to be frank - I didn't have anything to do with how this was set 
up a cycle or so ago. I doubt if anyone has anything written with regard 
to it.

Just follow suit and use similar wording for this one - perhaps 
Test-case name:XFCE_Dict

I don't think it matters, just make sure it's English - I use UK ;)
