Is how we need them to read.

Basically it is a case of

        Testcase name

        Test for application
        <dl>
             <dt>Action required</dt>
                 <dd>Result of action</dd>
             <dt>Next action</dt>
                 <dd>Next result</dd>
        </dl>
        Next test for application
        <dl>
             <dt>Action required</dt>
                 <dd>Result of action</dd>
             <dt>Next action</dt>
                 <dd>Next result</dd>
        </dl>

        Rinse repeat for that test.
