Yes, all check boxes are checked on the "Ubuntu Software" tab of the "Software & Updates" window within the "Ubuntu Software Center".

Perhaps it is too new of an Nvidia chip. How can I check what chips are supported by the binary Nvidia drivers that shipped with 13.10?

Fffeeewww... so Xubuntu is not going off to a "rebootless OS extreme" like Windows 8. I am relieved of that.
