How / When to make suggestions to contribute to Xubuntu 14.04

I went there as well just now. Same UI screen, which shows an empty list and states "No additional drivers available."

Thus I believe it is running on the OSS/FS driver currently, not the official Nvidia driver. Would that be a correct impression?
