Bug in Ubiquity Slide German Language

Dear all,

I did a Full install Test case and the Test itself passed, System was
starting. I did choose the German Language within the Language Selection
Dialogue.

I encountered an Bug in the Slide "Xubuntu Arbeitsumgebung":
The second Point was not in German but in English

Against what should I file the Bug? Is there a special Translation Branch?

I also encountered Bug 1250052.
The Last Slide "Vielen Dank" states as the IRC-Channel #ubuntu-de.
Was there a decision as to make the #ubuntu-de Channel as the default
IRC-Channel for the German Language?
