Assuming here that we're going to be wanting some testing done on this,
I'd love to know when there's something half workable a testcase can
start to be written from it.
Once again - assuming that it will need testing - the sooner the better.

My assumption here for both Catfish and Parole, is that existing testing
effort and testcase are good for these.

Please make sure to send a new mail to the list, with installation
instructions - as soon as a workable version is available we can move to
getting testing started.
Though I'd like to know what 'significant testing' you want to see on this.
