Xubuntu features that users like

I stopped to use Ubuntu because of Unity although it was presented as a more intuitive way to use a computer : it is worth for me. Kubuntu is too big and has a lot of "bloatwares". I would like to still have an easy to use distro. For example, a window list bar offers less cognitive effort. It isn't because it has been proposed since years that a window list is bad.
