Hey James,

no problem for not being able to contribute. I hope your mom - and you - 
are well - I know how it is with people with Alzheimer.

There is little to do anymore; the docs have been written, reviewed and 
converted to DocBook. If you contributed before removing, please simply 
reapply. Dropping you doesn't mean we don't want your help or that it 
isn't appreciated you want to help :) I was simply cleaning the list by 
memory, and might have dropped a few people that actually contributed.
