As interim Project Lead, I am now asking for those interested to please
cast a vote for leader. There was a single nomination submitted to the
Community council, myself, and this will be a vote of confidence to
insure we can get what is needed done. 

As the Interim Project Lead, I am asking all who are interested to
please attend the Xubuntu community meeting on January 27, 2010, at
19:00 UTC. We will call for a formal vote at that meeting. If you find
you are in disagreement and wish to express yourself, you may do so at
the meeting or by emailing pleia2, an impartial individual and member
of the Community Council. If you can not attend the meeting and wish to
vote for or against, you may also do so through email before the
meeting. Please email lyz AT ubuntu DOT com if you wish to remain
anonymous.
