Default Launchers for Natty Narwhal

Now that we a good discussion going on choosing the default
applications for Natty, we also need to select what applications should
be included on the panel. We have completely re-written panel code,
they work a bit different, and can be more easily arranged now.  We can
actually have what ever applications we desire on the launcher now. 

To start with, I think we should have have a launcher for the
web-browser, email client, Abiword, Thunar (places if it exists), and
Application Finder. 

This is open to discussion, and we would like to know what others
think.
