Greybird Theme & Elementary Icons

Simon,

That is what I was suggesting, but having looked at other themes, I agree
that you are handling it in the same way that they are, so would suggest
that this can be taken off the list.

Overall I've been very impressed with Greybird.  I've been using Albatross
for a long time and Greybird took a bit of getting used to, but now that
I've been using it for a week or so I think it is a very good theme to be
used as the Natty default.
