We kind of threw it all under "Default launchers for Natty Narwhal"
thread. We are going to discuss the launchers in the meeting thursday,
2011-02-10, before we finalize the panels. Since we have much more
leeway with the panels in Xfce 4.8, we are trying to take advantage of
it.

The icons do grow with the panel size, but the text appears fixed in
size again. I tried growing the panels to 120px, but the text stayed
the same size, so if we can get away with less text and more icons,
that would be a better way to go at this point, perhaps.
