Just to put in my $.02, as a *user*, the original proposal to just remove
duplicates sounds the best. I really enjoy using the XFCE settings manager,
so having to open it to look for a settings dialog would be a welcome
change, instead of a hindrance. And reducing the size of these menus would
definitely reduce frustration.
