Default WM Decorations

The XFWM theme has been updated with a gradient for inactive windows.
Feedback is welcome. Especially, how hard do you find it to spot which
window is active, in day to day use, compared to:

1) Xubuntu Jaunty's theme
2) the previous Karmic theme

I hope it's still easy enough to spot for this to be kept. The result can be
seen at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Artwork/Karmic with a few GTK theme
changes as well.
