Xubuntu 9.04 Beta Release Announcement

As a note, I think that release notes are more technical (i.e.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IntrepidReleaseNotes/ ).  What we posted yesterday
was a release announcement.  Would you mind making that minor change in the
text on the website?
