Eero,
Your project is far from being uninteresting, but I believe that the
specificity, and the strength of Xubuntu, is the XFCE Desktop Environment.
We are, before being a distro "for low end machines", "for end users", "for
geekier linux users", or for any kind of targets, a distro based on XFCE. We
believe in it's qualities, and I think our goal is to build a complete
desktop and multimedia operating system around XFCE, and that fits with
XFCE.

A CLI distro would badly integrate the XFCE side of Xubuntu :)
