We need to keep a developer meeting

As the subject line says, we need to keep a developer meeting and we
need to keep it before Alpha 3.

I propose Saturday, July 11th - 16.00 UTC as the meeting time.

Please tell me if this is OK or not for you. Feel free to propose
anything different.
