[Bug 205002] [NEW] xfce4-notes-plugin upgrade ignores existing notes

Public bug reported:

System: (X)Ubuntu Gutsy AMD64.

Upgrading xfce4-notes-plugin to 1.6.1-1ubuntu1~gutsy+ppa1, causes
existing notes to no longer display.

Can still see entries for old notes in ~/.config/xfce4/panel/notes.rc,
however these are not displayed by the panel plugin.
