Xubuntu wiki updates

I'm willing to try to help out, but I don't know how to, always. I did
read all the wiki pages, and I found a problem with the testing page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Testing
It references Xubuntu 7.04, the Feisty Fawn, and all the links are for
Feisty also. I would try to fix it, but I don't know how.

Also, if you click on Meetings, under Headquarters, it says the upcoming
Community Meeting is March 25, instead of March 26 as the banner states.

The rest of it looks really good.
