Net-install

I propose that we include access to the net-installer (mini.iso) when we
update the website to announce the release of Hardy. The mini is less
then 10MB total size , and allows the user to install entirely from
their internet connection. The mini only includes enough information to
load the alt-install style installer and get the internet connection
working.
Granted, because of the size of the installer and licensing concerns, it
is not able to use most wi-fi internet, but I have yet to come across a
NIC card that doesn't work out-of-the-box.

This is just a suggestion.... The net installer has been around since at
least Dapper, and can be used to install any *buntu.... but there is no
easy way to access it without digging thru archive.ununtu.com:
