thunar-volman can't show the chinese filename on usbdisk after dropping gnome-mount dependence from version 0.2.0-2

gnome-mount  add "utf8" option to the mount command when it detected 
that the usbdisk have a vfat or ntfs filesystem.

exo-mount need to be patch to add "utf8" option to the mount command in 
the same situation.
