seed changes

Hi Jani,

 It appears the bug was originally reported on 2007-11-06 in bug #160636 (
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfwm4/+bug/160636). An
upstream bug report was created for xfwm4 on 2008-02-13 by George Brooke
(bug #3849, http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3849). So, it appears
that it was reported to LP before February 18th 2008 but there doesn't
appear there was an attempt to figure out if it could be fixed (it is at
least not documented).

However, if you didn't notice, Lionel put your changes back in the seeds
with revision 743 (
http://codebrowse.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/xubuntu.hardy/revision/743
).
