Xubuntu docs and Ubuntu-Server docs

As a user, I do not see a problem with this suggestion, as long as the
instructions are included. Is there a way to include the instructions in
command-not-found? Perhaps that is just wishful thinking at this time,
but there are so many new users having issues with repositories not
enabled now, just have to ask.
