We, of course, only have access to xubuntu.org, and on the /get page it
says:

*Note:* If you know how to use BitTorrent
<http://www.bittorrent.com/>, the Torrent
> downloads <http://torrent.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/hardy/release/> are
> preferred.


It is a bit slow right now so I can't test whether it's the correct page,
but the link looks fine.
